I firmly believe that education, innovation and diversity are the keys to our future success.
From a young age I was motivated and encouraged by my mother and grandmother. As an adult I now recognise the sacrifices they made as women to support our family — that’s where my passion for diversity was born. We need everyone at the table for a future we can all get excited about.
My career has taken me through Brazil, the United States and Australia. Each opportunity came with its own challenges, accelerated growth, and an ever-expanding appreciation for the benefits of diversity.
As co-founder of the business and technology consulting firm Visagio in Australia, the team has grown from a start-up to an award-winning group of more than 120 people in the past decade. We help clients across the globe in government, education, not-for-profit, mining, agriculture, manufacturing and financial services.
As an entrepreneur myself, I’m passionate about supporting other business leaders and entrepreneurs.
