Who we are

A genuine software developer.

Casado Labs is the venture-building and technology arm of the Casado Family Office. We don’t consult — we design, engineer and operate software products of our own.

Each venture is built by our own engineering function on modern cloud infrastructure, and shipped to real users. The result is a portfolio of operating software companies rather than concepts — with LedgerOS in market and Jerry in active development.

LedgerOS is an AI-native accounting and tax advisory firm — and the platform that runs an AI bookkeeper behind it.

The distinction that matters: it isn’t a traditional firm that adopted AI tools. It’s an organisation architected from scratch on the assumption that AI is the workforce. Repeatable bookkeeping, reconciliation, compliance preparation and structured advisory work are performed by AI employees.

Representation for the athletes the market forgot.

Jerry is an AI-native sports agency for the professional athletes who sit below the tier traditional agencies can afford to serve.

The structural problem is arithmetic: an agency only works when 10% of a contract is worth a person’s time — and below that line, athletes get no representation at all. Jerry rebuilds the agency around software so that tier becomes viable to serve.

Meta platform integration

Jerry connects to each athlete's Instagram and Facebook professional accounts to represent them as their agency of record. It onboards an athlete by connecting their Instagram professional account and its linked Facebook Page, reads audience insights and engagement to price their value for brand deals, and publishes approved sponsor and campaign content on their behalf.
